| Elafonisos island is a tiny spot between (north) the famous island chain of Kythira (Kythira and Antikythira complex - famous from the T. Aggelopoulos movie "The Travel To Kythira") and south of Neapolis in Lakonia region of Peloponnese. The place has remained a well kept secret - so far as till now only few Greeks and some Germans or Italians know it and visit it almost every summer for vacation to Greece, as the island has loyal friends.
